Metrifly has four plans — Free, Starter, Standard, and Pro. This shows you what each one includes so you can pick the right fit, and how to upgrade. Paid plans bill monthly or annually, with about 20% off when you pay annually.

Standard and Pro only
Section titled “Standard and Pro only”- Company, trust, SMSF, and AMIT entity support on tax reports
Standard and Pro include the same features — only the portfolio limit differs (3 vs 10).
Upgrade
Section titled “Upgrade”- Open the account menu → Billing, or go to
/upgradewhile signed in. - Choose Monthly or Annual.
- Select a plan, then Subscribe, and complete Stripe Checkout.
- Return to Billing — your plan activates within a few seconds.
Downgrade
Section titled “Downgrade”Downgrade from the Stripe Customer Portal via Billing → Manage billing. See Manage your subscription. If your new plan allows fewer portfolios than you have, delete the extras to stay within the limit.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Problem | Fix |

| Checkout won’t start | Sign in, then refresh and retry. |
| Your plan didn’t update after payment | Refresh Billing and give it a moment. |
| You’ve hit the portfolio limit | Upgrade, or delete a portfolio. |
| You’ve hit the holding limit on Free | Free caps at 10 holdings — upgrade for unlimited. |
| A feature is locked | Check the sections above and upgrade from Billing. |
