Metrifly has four plans — Free, Starter, Standard, and Pro. This shows you what each one includes so you can pick the right fit, and how to upgrade. Paid plans bill monthly or annually, with about 17% off when you pay annually.

Standard and Pro
Section titled “Standard and Pro”Starter is feature-complete — it gives you the full Australian tax feature set on a single portfolio. Standard and Pro add capacity rather than features: more portfolios (3 on Standard, 10 on Pro) and more broker connections (10 on Standard, unlimited on Pro).
Upgrade
Section titled “Upgrade”- Open the account menu → Billing, or go to
/upgradewhile signed in. - Choose Monthly or Annual.
- Select a plan, then Subscribe, and complete Stripe Checkout.
- Return to Billing — your plan activates within a few seconds.
This upgrade flow is for subscriptions purchased on the web. If Billing says your subscription is managed by Apple, use the App Store instead — Metrifly disables in-app plan changes for Apple-managed subscriptions. See Manage your subscription.
Downgrade
Section titled “Downgrade”For a web subscription, open Billing → Change plan, choose the lower plan on the pricing page, and confirm the change. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If your new plan allows fewer portfolios than you have, delete the extras to stay within the limit.
For an Apple-managed subscription, change or cancel the subscription in the App Store.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Problem | Fix |

| You’ve hit the portfolio limit | Upgrade, or delete a portfolio. |

| A feature is locked | Check the sections above and upgrade from Billing. |
